The Passion Of A Rose
by Edward Wolverton@2008
Art
is love and beauty
for the eyes of nature
bring forth,
the passion of a rose.
To be a God
in the garden of eden,
to flow this love
to the human eyes,
I shall seek
no other
than the gift
of love,
than the beauty
of a rose.
Enchanted
though my dreams may be,
my heart wanders to see
this vision of this beauty,
that glissens into my eyes
of a rose pedal
and I cry the tears of love
for its softness
upon my skin.
To swear
the beauty is beyond
discription to my heart,
its love captures me
into the silence
of my heart,
and there
it shall wander
the sweet passion
of a rose,
and the beauty of love
I admire.
I desire
the beauty to be
placed,
into the eyes
of my mortal soul,
and sing the poetry
of its beauty
to be placed,
as love
before my burning
heart.
My pasion
to swear the beauty
of just one rose,
to look
at what my eyes
concieve,
and touch before
my yearning heart
this love,
to melt
the tears
I leave.
