Depressing Depression Expressed

Depressing Depression Expressed

From the depths of depression we emerge
If only someone to do so would urge,
For otherwise we remain down in the dumps;
Just taking 'stead of giving out the lumps.

That looking up when we are feeling down,
Becomes few - faces filled with tear and frown -
Which means depression's not a state of mind,
But state of being we in many find.

Unite in that depressive state, we might,
Or as do many choose that state to fight,
While filling up a page with this described
Depressingly is to be diatribed.
