One was it
Always scaring away
Anyone who came near
Simply by just the look on her face
The way she stood her ground
How she growled so fiercely
Fought with such determination
Her every move said stay away
Many tried all failed a few
Even got close enough to see
Her eyes feel smell her scent
But they too were slain
Why thier intent wasnt honest
Thet wanted to tame her
Control her make her docile
They all failed thier bones lay
Where she slayed them as proof
That she would not allow anyone
In any way control her yet
For all her strength and courage
She felt lonely sometimes wanted love
But she gave up on that accepted
Her fate as a lone dragon
Until one day another dragon approached
Another loner but huge in size
Slowly without fear or hesitation
The male dragon simply sat down
Smiled a dragon smile said hi to her
Startled she growled loudly at the male
Instead of leaving he simply smiled at her again
Made himself comfortable and never moved
He stayed that way day after day
Asking her if she was ok did she need anything
Even when she growled her worst growl
Stood to her full height flexed her claws
He simply smiled stood up to his full height
Extended his giant paw to her without fear
At three times her size she still didn't
Back down give an inch no fear did she show
This made he want her more
So he sat down left his paw extended
She was shocked but curious
Ever so slowly she came closer to him
Until they were face to face then
She did something she never did before
She sat next him enjoyed his scent
His voice when he spoke softly to her
It soothed her calmed her it shocked her
When his paw gently grasped hers
An electric shock went through them both
Causing both to growl softly to each other
She allowed him to move closer to her
Let herself feel his soul his heart
He let her see what was in his mind
It was the same as what was in hers
That moment the male dragon knew
Why he had stayed alone traveled so far
He found his mate one just like him
She knew he was just for her as well
He extended his wings she stepped into them slowly
Gently he folded her close to him
There he and she found what both needed for so long
Love which only they can give each other why
They were made for each other
Now joined in love as only dragons love
They are a force to be recognized no joke
Thier love is stronger than anything in life
He will defend her to the death and she him
They move as one feel as one why
They love as one spirit one body one mind
Thier feelings are one their hearts beat as one
Their bodies function as two parts of a whole
They cant be wont be separated from each other
Their love is what makes them breathe think feel
Should anything or anyone ever try to
Come between them harm one or the other
Death will be the result why
Once dragons find love it is for
